Hopefully, Ann, they'll have a coupe of PCSO's hanging around, and/or the occasional patrol car!!

If you can remember, write down a description of the pair + dates and times.

Should you hear of something happening in the neighbourhood (and one hopes nothing will) it might help the police investigation.

Here,s a thought :-D According to our Council all the bins are owned by them,so as they are their property and are parked on your property should you not be able to charge them for the use of your storage space ?after all they charge you for parking in their car parks so why not charge them? :-D :-D :-D

Mayfield

Mayfield Report 7 Dec 2015 14:30

Just wondering - could a Bin Cleaning service be thinking of extending to your area??

Bins still out = working owners = no time to clean the bins in the evening.

NB - as long as they aren't stinky, life's too short to wash out a wheelie or dustbin....in my opinion ;-)

I wondered that, but wouldn't they have leafleted by now?

maggiewinchester

maggiewinchester Report 7 Dec 2015 18:40

That's a point, Det, but we haven't received any leaflets (as namelessone psychically knew :-0)
I never clean mine out - I double bag everything. :-D

I wonder if any other areas have experienced the same thing,i dont subscribe to the sites t----er or f----book,but if anyone does it might be an idea to remind people to be aware this time of the year it might save someone going through heartbreak,
we have enough to deal with from day to day each in our own way and if we can prevent something dreadful,im all for it.

i did try FB but not for long to me all my time to find my way round it.so gave up.
its much bettter on here :-D :-D
stay safe people.
