	When did the new GR tree layout arrive? I don't usually log out of GR but we had a power cut and I had to log in again and there is a new tree layout that I hadn't seen before
	Researching: Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

I'll wait for a while before I use it............ just in case it's like the other "new trees" and needs to be sorted :-( I wish they'd sort out the error messages. 	It seems much faster when viewing the full tree and searching seems good. At least it explains why I wasn't loggen in this morning.

	So far I like the new tree and seeing details is no different to on the old tree and only needs one click of the mouse

	Oi the much derided flock wallpaper fromt ITV and before days has returned! What next? Flares, platform shoes and FireUpTheQuattro? It is def a lot faster - I got it to dl a full tree of 4000 records in < 3 secs.Maybe there's life in the old dog yet Errol should have stayed around.. If you don't like the wallpaper just feed it into something like Stylish and you can have any color / background you fancy.

There are a number of chat threads started today concerning the fact that the GR Tree has changed. Which, for those of us with a few years membership, means an apparent reversion to an earlier display. Seems that no announcement has been issued. Maybe someone would like to post a notice telling the paying punters what is happening? Regards, Hi Yes, I’m still here ? Thanks for letting me know. 	Mines the new one and as far as I can see it's all okay **Edit*** The above referred to my PC I've just tried the iPad and it's still displaying the old tree. The new one is better and much quicker too.
