Just read another thread complaining earlier they had lost the photos on their tree. That's now back to 'normal' apparently. One poster suggested GR were tinkering/having problems

AnnCardiff Report 10 Dec 2015 16:43

I've had to sign in a few times over the past week :-S

Andysmum Report 10 Dec 2015 16:44

I've just had to sign in too, and I never sign out. This has happened before, but not every time. :-( :-(

Talking of signing in.... my password used to start with a capital letter, until GR announced that passwords were case sensitive!

It took me several tries before I realised that "case sensitive" meant all lower case!! :-S :-S :-S

SuffolkVera

SuffolkVera Report 10 Dec 2015 17:29

I think case sensitive means just that. My password is a mixture of upper and lower case. I just tried signing in with all lower case and all upper case and neither was accepted. The mixed version I usually use was the only one that was accepted.

I never sign out but tonight, I have to sign in every time I open the site

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 10 Dec 2015 21:19

Twice I had to sign in, once on the desk top and once on the Ipad. I have capital and lower case and had to use both. It has been a long time since they tinkered. Maybe they are trying to prove they are still around.

I've just had to sign in too and I usually never have to.

Kath. x :-(

Allan Report 10 Dec 2015 21:38

Yep!

Not only that, the site wont accept my first sign on so I have to repeat the procedure before being able to access the site.

Twice each time!

This, together with the error messages, is reinforcing my decision as to whether to renew or not in February :-| :-|

Shirley ...........

are you sure that you have ticked the box "Remember me"?

That is one reason why you might have to sign in every time.
