Please help. I am trying to trace my family tree. I knew Bob was my uncle, but on getting his marriage details I find that my aunt is Charley! Confused

No Fanny was Charlie's sister. They are clearly delineated on the Census returns along with little Willy the youngest.

According to family legend, my 6 x great grandfather killed himself. His name was Harry Carry. Do you think I can believe my old Aunt Fanny who says her grandmother was present at his birth? No, 'Bob' was actually 'Roberta the Bearded Lady', who ran away to join the circus and travelled around the country, each time giving 'his' previous address as the place of birth. If you found Bob and Charley with children, they were actually the illegitimate babies of Cousin Carmen Crackpot.
