What a day indeed. Well, I think I am coming down with a mild dose of flu - aching joints, shivering, coughing, sneezing constantly and a headache. One teacher went home at play time this morning not well, there were 11 children in her class out of 20 and out of those 3 complained of not feeling well and one of them were sent home. And that's just in one class. Reminds me of how bad you felt the other week Rose. And I am shattered too, almost falling asleep at the comp, not good!

Will no doubt pop back on later, til then take care.

im ok rog , just a bit wind swept and wet off today , but its nice and snug in the house .

Rog, I think it's because I work with kids that I am unwell in the first place. Teacher or not, we adults soldier on most of the time but have to succumb now and again. Happy days hey!

Good afternoon all.

Well it's looking a bit dark and nasty out these, let's hope the sun come back out again though I doubt it. How windy did it get last night hey! Daughter flew in from Dublin last night with seven friends. The flight was delayed for more than an hour and she didn't get into Manchester until 11:30 then by the time they travelled to Liverpool it was almost 1:45 am so you can bet they're all shattered today. We're going out with them all later for a couple of drinks. They want to go and have a look around Anfield but I doubt they're going to get inside. I know we're playing away tomorrow so it's not like there's going to be a game on but you never know.

Hopefully I'll chat to you later, if I don't you know where I will be!

hubby has been pulling all the ivy out looks much better so now he can start on the fence tomorrow .
