I have just found a Baptism for my GGrandads 2nd wife - in India............Yeah, i wonder if any children came from this marriage? and was she Indian ??
I will send for the cert, this costs me £18 but i hope it gives me lots of info.........Ooooh, i am dead chuffed with myself !!!!!!!!

I am also going to get my GGranddads records from his Police service in India, he was a sergeant in Jubbalpore following 25 yrs service in the army. I believe these tell you lots of info -- i also bet you they cost a fortune !!.......Lol. I have e mailed the foreign and commonwealth office in London....fingers crossed for me please !!

..............i haven't been on my tree for ages , im really stuck , thought if i give it a rest , then go back

..........well nathan is back tonight , missed him loads
think i might be losing him to his dad as he is getting very close to his girlfriend , i know its better for him , as he has loads of mates at his dads .
but it will be so hard as iv'e had him since just before his second birthday .

Aww Rose, if he does go back to his Dads, i'm sure he will be at yours as often as he can. after all Rose, he has only ever known his home as your house, we know you will miss him so much but Nathan must be the one who makes this decision.

thats what my son said jacky , i know our steve would never keep him away from us to long ,
he knows it would hurt us to much .
but i also know if steve does intend to stay with laura his girlfriend , whom is really very nice we get on like a house on fire . i know they have to make a family together , she has also got a little girl called millie , on holiday millie only would take notice of me
she is lovely (a little sqauwker mind you )

Well Rose, it looks like you are going to get another grandchild (Millie) into the bargain, and this little girl is already showing you respect in her early years by doing as she is told from you !!!

I think by what you have said, your Steve is ready to settle, this would be a good thing for Nathan because you say Steves OH is a nice girl........
