...............had a good nights sleep and feel refreshed today .
..........lovely to see you all had a good xmas .
don't take mine down till the 2nd jan usually to tired on new years day .lol.
...............feeling fit today so might get hubby to have a nice walk along the sea front .........cold but might kill a few germs ..and get rid of this cough that my cold has left me .

Chillling out here today. sorting some pics into the album I made for Joanne to take back to Ireland of her little lovely niece. She is going home in the morning first flight and is going to find it soooo hard I know. The pics should help!

I've just had a nice suprise.........i looked in my work diary to see whats going on tomorrow..........................but i'm NOT in..................booked leave, oh, how i get mixed up with the days around Christmas.....Doh.

Friend cancelled today - she has the flu - poor little sausage.

I bought a telly for the bedroom - OH says it is wrong having one in there and we got rid of our last one, i cant get any programmes on the new one although i have done what it says in the mannual.......i found this round thing in the back...........its a DVD, i didnt know it had one......Lol, anyway, after not being well last week i decided one was needed....

I have been getting rid of some rubbish into the wheely bin, its chocca and the men are not due for a few days yet, the lady who lives next door is alone and she told me i could put some in hers - very kind !!

We've just upped the heating , it didnt feel too warm. I have just got into my jarmies - feel a bit warmer now....Lol.

It has been freezing out - I went round to look after Leigha while the terrible two went shopping lol - always a pleasure.

Hope you are feeling a little better today Rog, we're thinking of you !

Rose, i could do with some of that broth - warms the cockles of the heart, my Mam used to say a broth sticks to your lungs to keep you warm.....Lol

Been so very cold here, i had to do some visits out and some old people just dont feel the cold although they are cold to the touch, they upped thier heating, i think some of them worry sick over the bills, God help them....i put in for a benifits check to make sure they are claiming all they are entitled to.

Keep warm and snug.

Oh my goodness, how cold is it! So many old people don't know what they're entitled to claim for so it's a good job people like you can go and sort that out for them, Jacky. Nobody should be poor enough to be unable to keep themselves warm in the winter. Don't we take so much for granted hey!

Had a good tidy round and clean up house feeling all nice and organised again. Got some friends coming over for new year tomorrow so wanted everywhere looking nice and smart. Enjoyed a nice bowl of liver in onion gravy with mash for tea tonight - an old favourite and a nice hearty warmer too.

Too late for you to come on now Rog so I hope you haven't had a bad day, we've all been thiking about you, hope to hear from you tomorrow.
