Hoping everyone is keeping well and Rose it's so good to hear that you are finally on the mend - it's taken long enough. There have been a couple of kids sent home not feeling well today with sickness bug, hope they keep it to themselves. Rog, playground duty wasn't too cold today, got myself wrapped up nice and warm with my gloves and scarf and thick padded coat buttoned up to the neck!

Will have to try have a proper look at this topic when I've had some sleep. But I'm all for early detection and everything else possible but unfortunately it didn't help a rellie even though it was early.

Don't mind me... lack of sleep and the thought of going through 105 pages in this topic has bamboozled my brain lol.

Hello all,
Update on Pops, he goes to theatre tomorrow for removal of his right leg, below the knee, he seems okay with it, not worried just a bit apprehensive, as i have had all this done i think i have reassured him, I just hope everything goes okay, as im sure it will.

Sarah: You know this thread is just good old banter between mainly four of us with some friends popping in and out from time to time. You are welcome to pop along and chip in any time you like and I hope you do. As Rose said, we're firm believers in early detection as both Rose and me are still around because we got checked out. Sending you best wishes, at the end of the day all of us know somebody whether close to us or otherwise. Pop in and have a chat whenever you have free time.

Rog: I really do hope your Pops is ok with his surgery tomorrow, not an easy thing to deal with but I hope he has the strength to cope and get well.
