Joe ex Bexleyheath Report 1 Nov 2007 22:55

Looks like I am the last to offer words to this thread. I didn't get home till veeery late and with clocks going back I must have got completely disorientated by sometime Sunday.
However, now I would like to express my thanks to the organisers of the London Meet - my first thoughts were that we would be downstairs again and on our own but the move upstairs was, in fact, favourable. (Upstairs being Ground Floor - no wonder I feel disorientated !).
It was good to see all the usual faces plus a few new ones though disappointing that there were a few 'missing' but Smarties and other goodies were reasonable compensation (though someone had nicked the red Smarties before I got to them).
Surprise - Robin of Loxley wasn't wearing tights and his Maid Marion had obviously scarpered; not being on this Board as much as in the past I was shocked at the news of HRH but I am sure we will meet again at future Meets - whoevers ! ; Jean - difficult, but don't worry too much, your sense of humour as a Lunduner YOU WILL come through and be as bright as a button ....
So now we will all meet again in the New Year it seems - bit early to wish you all a Merry Xmas and Happy New Year so I wont but Maz and all who organised this meeting Thankyou.
