Find Ancestors

Hi
A couple of years ago I requested assistance researching my adoptive mother's ancestors who originated from Co Down NI.

Two ladies kindly gave me the names of some free sites, but today I returned to them to do more research and cannot find anything at all which I could before, and which the two ladies helped me find.

This is the site I am having problems with.

Can anyone tell me where I can obtain a birth certificate for Anna please, and where will I find her details to obtain one. Her father was David Kelly and her mother Elizabeth Matier Thompson.

Also she married Edward Harry Green (from Portsmouth) in Ireland but I don't know when, and again I cannot find this on a site. I would think it would be after 1928 and before 1950. I assume she married during the war time period, as Edward was over in Ireland during that time. My welfare records confirm that they were married in Ireland but give no specific details.
