I tried familysearch/IGI and found nothing for either of them... is there somewhere else I should be looking?

On Francis' death cert it states George was a Tin plate worker, journeyman deceased.

What exactly is a journeyman?

A journey man is like our self employed now (though def not as secure or with the same status!)- he was paid by the day, not employed permanently by any one employer.

Have I got the dates right here? If the twins were born in May/June 1890 then they must have been conceived by September 1889? So assuming dad was in Islington when he died and was deceased by the time Francis died?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Deaths Sep 1889 (>99%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wright George 33 Islington 1b 149

Deaths Jun 1890 (>99%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wright George 42 Islington 1b 117
Wright George 64 Islington 1b 128

Deaths Dec 1891 (>99%)

Wright George 52 Islington 1b 175

Though I suppose he may have died elsewhere.

I still feel that this was a second husband for Ellen or I suppose a second marriage for George (because of the big gaps for the kids) but the fact both Ellen and the eldest girl is paralysed - well could be a coincidence I guess - hmm.

I can tell you it's not this one.

Deaths Jun 1890 (>99%)

Wright George 42 Islington 1b 117

as I have a copy of this cert and it states occupation as Chair Cane Master, but was registered by Ellen Wright.. But he died 28th March 1890 at 167 Cottenham Road, Islington. (Looks like Cottenham Road).

Was gonna say that he died before conception, but my brain just kicked in and said no, it could be!

Still thinking of the deaths... which occupation sounds better?

Cane Chair Master or Tin Plate Worker?

I know that most people ie like myself when I got married chose the last decent job my dad had.
Construction Worker, rather than retired sounded better to me.

mmm, the mind boggles!

I know this might be a silly question, has anyone been able to check findmypast for he's birth?

Definetly born in 1890

Still looking for Arthur's and Francis' birth's.

A quick recap on the what I have.

Death of Francis (twin of Arthur)
Francis died aged 11mths on the 29th April 1891, so birth has to be around Feb/Mar 1890.
The address was 53 Campbell Road, Islington

Mother was Ellen ???
Father was George Wright (deceased at time of Francis's death and also in 1891 census).

Ellen was living at 53 Campbell Road, Islington, London at the time of the census and also when Francis died. Having spoke to someone at Islington history centre, they had said that it was a road in which people were very keen to move awa from as soon as they could.

I have tried looking for birth's of the other children of Ellen and George, and I cannot for life of me find them in the 1881 census.

Have tried everything! And am now pretty close to spitting feathers!
