Loads of them all over the place - South Africa, Spain, America, Australia

Not always.....often hear it on the radio while cookin a few hours before it is on the TV.

Did you know that you would have to walk just over 3 miles to burn off the calories from eating one mince pie? (I just found out today!)

I am of slim build....between size 10and12. Have noticed that weight is harder shift these days.

Loads in school Eisteddfods and sports days
Came first once in a logo competition , with Co op won £250 and second in another logo competition , rec'd a Delftware jug as a prize.
