Maggie, it is a bit confusing isn't it, there seem to be an awful lot of addresses we are sending to and only a few are responding or sending.

Have we seen Stella lately? Do hope she is OK.

Teresa, hope it wont be long before you re-join us, I for one miss your input.

Hi Ann, Stella is fine, a lot going on at present, but she is okay.

You are correct about the feedback, thats why I questioned it. There does seem to be only a few of us left ! As I said, I dont want to overload anyone.

Enjoyed your story BTW !

Thanks Maggie, I do hope though if somebody is no longer interested that they let us know, pointless sending things out if they don't want them. I know a couple have said they are reading and not sending and that is fine. Like you i don't want to waste anyones time.

Once more, my apologies if I have not replied to your writing. Have been having a hectic time but, hopefully, will get back to normal soon! I feel it would be a pity if the Group broke up now as it gives a nice gentle nudge and encouragement to continue writing. Maybe if, like Stella and Rita,Posh and Joy, the rest of the members on our list could let us know if they are still interested.

In the meantime....on with the set piece!! lol BC XX

I hate to see Stella leave as she contributed a lot and I really don't have time to look at other sites. However my main concern, and I think Maggies as well, was that we were sending to people who don't want anything sent, thereby wasting their time. I would hate to see the group fold, it does seem that after the first enthusiasm it has shrunk considerably but there are still a few of us who need the support of a group so it would be nice to know who we all are. If that is not too convoluted and you see what I mean.

Now I have a date with some seeds. Brain in overdrive again.

Writing is a funny old thing isn't it? I started out on this weeks project using one of the seeds, wrote loads of notes in long hand on a piece of paper yesterday evening.
Woke up this morning, had a thought. sat at the keyboard and a totally different story wrote itself practically. And I have got nothing else done all afternoon!!!

Hi Ann, I do so wish that had happened to me ! I am really struggling this week, as you will see by my poem. All of the 'seeds' brought back memories, so just a case of deciding which one to use.

Oh for some inspiration... lol

Well what I have done may not be good, may even be a bit naff but I enjoyed doing it and as I said it seemed to write itself!!

Hi everyone, I have been too busy to write anything recently but I have just managed to read and reply to all your work, thank-you.

A while back I may have suggested that submitting a piece once a week was going to be too much for me, which it certainly is at the moment. So forgive me for being slower than some of you!

Couldn't get on earlier, but here I am finally !

Haven't heard anything to the contrary so will send out to all on the list apart from Stella and Rita, is that right?

Had a real problem this week, don't think my 'inner flow' likes set pieces, yet I thought I needed the discipline as I always thought it good for me.

Is anyone else feeling like this ?

AnninGlos Report 10 Mar 2010 21:36

I love the set pieces maybe it doesn't suit poetical minds to be 'harnessed'
Why not take an element out of one of the seeds
e.g. swing and think of where you might swing (garden swing, gate, on a tree in the orchard etc.)
Or waves (shore, beach, ship etc).
