AnninGlos Report 22 Jun 2010 12:36

Here are some then:

What if . . .

1. you were too old?

2. the truth was reserved for special occasions?

3. guns sucked in rather than blowing out?

4. it was impossible to keep anything private?

5. you pretended to be someone else?

6. you decided to make up for lost time?

7. you misread the instructions?

8. your editor changed one of your titles, and totally misrepresented what it was about?

9. technology got the better of you?

10. you lived in a famous house?

I might have a go at one of these next week. It occurred to me we can revisit this list as there are a lot of subjects. Probably wont have time this week though as I have my sister staying, can pop in here for short visits but can't really spend a lot of time on anything.

Wonderful time Rose, thanks, apart from a few little setbacks :( A ferry trip to the island of Tiree was cancelled due to ferry problems, so very disappointed. I caught a tummy bug (or something) and was ill for 3 days but was well looked after !
Then my camera died, so off to the shops tomorrow to replace it. I felt as though I had lost my right arm !

Awww shame you had some hiccups...being without a camera is awful on holiday, you always see something you 'must' have a photo of.

Welcome back Maggie. Pity about your setbacks but glad you've recovered from tummy bug.

We get so used to having a camera on holiday don't we,are you thinking of buying the same type?
My Bil.just back from S.Africa, lost one of his memory cards, all the safari photos. gone!..such a shame.

Hi Mau, just been reading Julia's CAMERA thread on Chat, some good advice there, but may stick to what I know, a Cannon Sure Shot. Bound to be upgraded now. :)

Maggie welcome back, sorry you were poorly on holiday and tragedy to have your camera go wrong - I always carry at least two!!!!

Mau with you BiL photos is he sure they are not stored anywhere on the actual camera?

Mauatthecoast Report 30 Jun 2010 11:09

Hi Girls :O)

We have a Kodak Easyshare Maggie, good little camera, can't go wrong taking photos.

Ann my Bil had the memory card in a wallet clipped to his belt,he doesn't know how it came to be lost, as he's always carried them that way.Don't think there's any still in camera.
