	I hope you find something that helps. I was unable to get out of bed 2 days in the last 7. Checked with the Osteoarthritis research updates and nothing useful. So it's back on anti-inflammatory tabs plus morphine. Better today and I have new knee supports on the way (always ahead of the fashion, that's me). :-D :-D Sue
