heh heh well we hedged a while back, we have a nice old house nr Paris and I have perm right to reside in France brexit or no. Over half the biz is in the EU proper alreaady. So personally I don't give a monkeys esp as my €uros will go further. |

The north-south divide is a myth - Newcastle and Liverpool both voted remain the latter by quite a margin. Scotland is even further north than Newcastle and Glasgow has the social problems of Leeds or Bradford by the truck load yet it voted Remain. Unemployment and low pay are worse in south Essex and East Kent then NE England. |

The markets are down, sterling is down, Moody's have put us on notice to loose our triple A credit rating. The economy is going to take a hit in the short term. Mortgages are likely to rise, wages fall. Landlords costs will rise, so rents will increase. |

There is no north/south divide in England. The split is Scotland and N Ireland voting to Remain with most of England and Wales voting to Leave. |
