GLASGOWLASS the daily dropped connection bug with Infinity is well known. BT do not seem to have a fix. The problem is with the router firmware. |

Our BT Infinity connection gradually deteriorated over a period of twelve months. We reported it using the on-line reporting service and a guy came out within a couple of days. |

It seems you hit a brick wall, Kathryn. I have been with Talktalk for several years now and, like Rollo, I have had a good response on the handful of times I have needed to contact them. I have recently begun a new contract with them and I think I got a bargain. |

It's just mind blowing with all these different providers who to go with. No one knows what kind of service they are going to receive, it's just trial and error but so dam frustrating at times. Like us folks haven't got better things to do with our lives but chase companies who aren't providing a great service. As before, if we stopped our direct debits they'd soon be on our tails for payment, yet they deliver a poor service, we still pay and they're not fussed about sorting their problems out. and we are stuck with a poor or non existent service. |
