I dont smoke! but Im not one of these people that shouts about how disgusting it is, I say live and let live!! Personally I think the air we breath outside is far worse than any smoke filled pub, and I think in a few years time we will all get a shock!!!

I was at the hospital and a lady offered me a ciggie and i just took it with out thinking, and that was that, i started smoking again. You see once a smoker always a smoker it only takes one puff after giving up, and your at it again. Silly me. Shirley Ann.

hiya all . i gave up 10 yrs ago at the age of 48.smoked since i was 15.i started to get breathless, so i decided to stop. no brobs then i was diagnosed with asthma . so its better that i dont smoke x

hiya roxanne. i used to clean for an old lady, after she had a ciggy she would put her oxygen mask on. i am like ahhhhhhhh x

Didn't start 'til I was 19...should've known better by then and now I'm 30 + a day and a cough to prove it! Christine

I am also a smoker. I stopped smoking inside my house ab out 5 years ago though, i go outiside for my smokes. I've tried quitting many times, but nothing has worked.

Ashamed to admit it, me also. Stopped for 8 months three years ago, now smoking more than ever. In the middle of completley re decorating the lounge, new carpets, suite etc. There will be a no smoking ban in that room once all finished. I am hoping this will help me at least cut down if not stop altogether. Jenny.

I'm not, i did try really hard as a teenager as all my family smoked...but i just didn't like it....thank goodness! Yvette

will you all stop saying you are going for a ciggie. Gave up in March this year. Not dying for one but am now putting on the weight & I don't like it. Hubby reformed smoker to the hilt. Don't want to start again but don't like the feeling of being fat either. Hilary. x
