Just got myself another 2 medal cards from Ancestry, so far i have 14 members of my family who were in the South Lancashire Regiment either here or in India - hows about that then..........good ay!!

Awww looks like I've missed you both :(

Our little treasure is called Leigha (as in Leah) and what a beauty she is too. She sleeps, feeds, changed, sleeps. Helped mum give her a bath this morning and Leigha wasn't too impressed! She showed the strength of her lungs and the decabels that can be reached. Get her bathed and dressed in a hurry and she was all fine again. So many memories come flooding back!

Hope Rose is having a nice time, will try and get back tomorrow til then take care.

Hope you two are well, both keeping busy with your different ventures I assume and sure Rose will be having a good break whatever the weather wherever she is.

I know it was a horrible day today but hey, I went out a walking with little Leigha and her mummy, we had her well wrapped up snuggly and warm and protected from the misty rain in her brand new pram and how proud was my daughter when we bumped into some familiar faces and she could show off her little girl.

Am I gushing do you think? Do I care do you think!?

I am thinking of handing my notice in when we go back to school on Monday and taking forever off to be with them. What am I going to be like when they move out to their own place, daren't even think about it!

Hiya.........

Lyn, i would have a very serious think about handing in your notice, i stopped working for 10 yrs and i felt i lost my identity, i lost touch with most of my friends and became quite stagnent in my thinking and outlook...........i know we say that we want to finish work but i dont really, and although we have'nt had a good holiday for the last 2 yrs, my money used to help fund a 3 wk long haul and 2 - 1 wk holidays abroad each year........
I know how excited you are now and dont want to spoil this but think of your future Lyn.

Hope you are having a nice evening, i'm all bath and clothes ready for tomorrow so i am doin some research - hope i find something!!!

Been a nice day here too,

Got a whole load of new shops opened here in Liverpool today, i asked my boss if i could cry a sickie but he said no,,,,,,,,,spoilsport.......Lol
