Hope you have had a good day, it been really nice weather here.

Rose you have your work cut out reading all that......Lol

My day has been as exciting as Nora Batty's stockings - ahh well, we all have down days.......Lol
she needs a tablet for her sussy's to keep them up!!!!!!---------did you use tablets for yours years ago Rose - or a sixpence.......ROFL

It doesn't matter how much you get done, there are always a few more jobs to do. That said, got more of them finished this morning so I've spent some more time on research for OH and doing some stuff for school.

Sorry to hear about Pops Rog, hooopefully things won't be too bad for him back at the other hospital.

Some excellent explanations here of Dropsy. Sure hope I don't get that one at any stage :(

Carrying on with research and got a couple of things that I might put on EBay.

wow rog thats a lot to take in
half of my family seems to have died from dropsy then .
jacky anything that i got my hands on
to keep them up .
at school we wore black stockings , mine snapped at the back , while practising with the lads for dancing at our xmas party , wished the floor could have swallowed me up lol
have to read that a few times to take all that in

ROFL Rose............When you got a ladder, did you put a dab of nail varnish on to stop it running....and then when you came to take them off - they were stuck to your leds..................Lol
Ohhhhhh - the good old days........we had nothing, but i would'nt change my young life for the world !!

Rog, sorry i did'nt see the post about Pops, hope he dose'nt have to be in the next hospital for long - give him a hug from us...........
