I am going to print all this as trying to compare info and sort duplicates is impossible online.
Elizabeth Pascoe is an aunt of Thomas Tippet whose mother was Grace Pasco.

So eliminate India - red herring on ancestry.
Eliminate Catherine Basset Harris whatever circumstances of birth, baptism and marriage of parents because with them in 1841 and 1851.
Sarah/Sally Basset/Tippet born 1796.
Only one is sister of Wiiliam Strongman Bosisto b1790. He married Jane Buzza in 1811 and in 1812 had a son also baptised William Strongman Bosisto.
Need to check : Susan Catherine Bosisto c1828-1846
Any children of WSB and Jane Buzza.
Any other Sarah/Sally Bosisto + variants born in 1790s on Cornwall.....
