Good evening/morning everyone. I'm finally here, after two boot-ups and then five pages of posts to catch up on!

Tec - do you have a temperature? Sounds like a flu virus. Take good care of yourself. Never mind about giving the duchess your raincoat - just give her your hipflask - that'll keep her happy - and you use the raincoat to cover up. What are you doing out in the rain, anyway?

Linda - we need to watch there two. They intend to change their names but that won't stop us from finding them, will it? Tec might be a little hard to find on another post - but Allan is easy - he can't help himself - his comments will give him away.

Yesterday's 'rain' was a few sprinkles. We have rain forecast again for to-day and tomorrow - but not even sprinkles as yet.

By the time our Aussie friends get here, we'll all be drunk as skunks, and flat on our backs.........inebriated poms!
if I spelt that wrong, it's the wine,
Tec

Good evening/morning all

Too many people around to acknowledge individually so please just accept my greetings one and all!

My thoughts are with Alison for today's proceedure.

Tec are you still OK for the big breakout tonight?

Linda you mentioned tw glasses of red spread over two nights: I've been known to fall asleep with one glass of red spread all over my shirt!

Colin, I saw your posts on the End of the World Thread

Good Morning Berona,

Hope you're full of the joys of Spring today!

You will never find us on the threads, we might appear as Batman and Robin, or Proctor and Gamble.
We may well appear as Sue and Berona, even Linda, and cause mayhem.

Yes, I do have a temp, my face is glowing like the summer sun, some rotten so and so has given me a right dose of something nasty,, never mind, it'll pass.

Thank you Pat, very muggy here at the moment and a slight sprinkle of rain yesterday that did nothing to clear the oppressive atmosphere. Thunderstorms were forecast but in he true traditions of meteorological madness, they never eventuated

Linda....trouble? Me? you must have the wrong Allan

Good morning Berona, I shall seek out all the obscure Threads or evern start my own called the Great Escape!

Good Morning Allan,

Yes, I'm ready for the breakout - got my ice pick, ropes, balaclava, torch,
iron rations, insect repellant, and a cream doughnut.
Do we need anything else?

Good evening Barbra and Tec

Barbra my family are amazed that I can fall asleep on the sofa nursing a glass of red and not spill a drop. Unfortunately, however, I do twitch which is when the spills occur. They have taken may photos of me like that for my future embarrassment.

Tec, a couple of forged ID cards would be favourite

Good Evening Barbra,

Thanks for the tartan rug, that'll keep me warm,
haven't heard a single firework so far. Yes I can remember when nearly everyone with children had a bonfore and fireworks, in the 50s and 60s,
in the days before they started having organised ones in the local park.
It all seems to have died a death now though.

PMSL Tec, why the cream doughnut, I prefer jam one's warmed in the microwave.
Hi Alan, Barbra, and Berona
you all came on while I was on google looking up about The Grafton in Liverpool

Tecwyn Report 5 Nov 2009 21:48

Diane,
I asked about The Grafton because it rings bells, I've either been there, many years ago, or stayed in a hotel in Liverpool by that name. I also stayed in the Adelphi a long time ago,

Good evening Diane,

Barbra, Fortunately for the wider community I don't think that you can post phots on the Threads other than the Success one.....and as I am a total failure I would be posting illegally :0))

Tec

Allan

Allan Report 5 Nov 2009 21:56

No, Tec.

I think that Sue is lurking around and reading the posts in case we give away any clues as to the precise mayhem we are going to cause...as if we would be that daft!

Yes Allan, that'll be it,
Wouldn't mind betting this lot are all sending each pms, trying to work out the plan - silly fillies.
I'm not giving anything away - I've got the ID Cards by the way, all rubber stamped

Tec.

Tec the Grafton was a night club but in the early day's it was a for tea dances and ballroom and was a very popular place to do your courting. I think there is a Hotel called the Grafton as well but don't know if it still exist's. If you go on google and put in The Grafton Liverpool it will take you to various web site's to do with the places I have put here. The Grafton of late before it shut down was known as ( grab a granny Club ) lol

Do You two think were bothered enough to send pm's to each other's, we don't need to do that as you are so reconisable when you post, for one thing you wouldn't be able to help yourselves talking to each other about how you had escaped from here.
