OH will help to peel the veg, but I cook it all. It is just like a larger version of normal Sunday dinner, so no problem. I suppose that when you do it every year, you just have it off pat. |

I love seafood Janet, we used to live on the coast when I was small and there was a really good fish shed, where they sold live crabs and fish straight from the boats, so we always had lots of seafood. Now you can buy all sorts of things on the fresh fish counter in the supermarket from all over the world |

I suppose goose was very traditional at one time Linda - Fresh Welsh lamb is delicious, and not at all fatty - our local butcher is also a farmer, and the lamb is very local to us. |
