Kind words can be short and easy to speak
but their echoes are truly endless. !!!

cannot keep it from themselves. !!!

Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. !!!

That's what I'm frightened of Ann, I have put on so much weight and really do look poorly on the last photos I had taken. going off for a bit now,
what does Arnie say 'I'll be back'.

How great to see you back again Caz - as you can see,, we have all been terribly worried about you. As you say, I am sure that they are lovely children but they made one ghastly mistake didn't they. So glad you have a lovely OH to support you. It's early days isn't it, but I hope with time, and not too long a time, they realise the error of their ways and have the decency to put things right and heal things with you. Don't worry about what you look like honey, none of us on here look like Catherine Zeta Jones I'm sure, and if you give me your email I'll frighten the living daylights out of you with my face!!! [it will come with my son's mother-in-law and a photo of a very pretty little rabbit!!! Don't know how to separate them to send so you get three for the price of one!!] Love and hugs, Ann XXX

Me again:o)

Can l ask if anyone knows of a place that helps people get back to work and build confidence etc and help to make someone understand that they are such a lovely genuine person and very capeable. My son is working but hates it and wants to gradually work for himself in plastering, painting & decorating. He has done some private plastering work and is very good. He's at college doing the p & d, don't know how he has managed to keep that going bless him and started Karate this week. He finds all this very difficult going into places with lots of people, not so long ago he would have been convinced that most of them were the Devil - although that seems to have gone, he's still not completely convinced that there really is no such thing.
Someone in a 'church' convinced him at the time that there is such a thing, she read a section from the bible!!!!!!! he wants to be well enough to go back and tell her how much damage she very nearly did!!

l'm crying now so willgo

Oh Jude, how very sad. How about voluteering? My best mate is Co-ordinator for Voluntary Services with our local health authority and she places people to work on wards and other places within the health service. They get meals provided I'm sure. That might be an excellent starting point to help regain his confidence and mix with other people. Also are there any projects around your area that need someone with his skills in plastering, papering etc? Something like Age Concern springs to mind - doing things for old people [like me!] who need a spot of decorating? Now dry your tears and get your thinking cap on Jude!!!!! Lots of love, Ann XXX
