Yes....I was just begining to gain confidence walking locally without a stick....Have been virtually house-bound since last Sunday, therefore, have been put back a week with my walking practice.

Have you seen many snowmen in your area?

Yes, I have one on my patio, my 23 yr old dau 'made it' yesterday !

Do you grow your own veg ?

We had an allotment up untill a year or so ago, (five min walk away) we had it for seven years but had to give it up due to change in work patterns/lack of time....will start it up again in a few years though.

do you have time/space to grow your own veg?

Yes, we have quite a large rear garden, half of it we grow fruit and veg, as for the time, hubby does all the hard graft, although he works 9 - 5, I do the odd bit of weeding, watering on beloved kidney beans and anything else that's thirsty, and I do all the veg picking.lol

Do you have more than one computer in your household ?

you are lucky to have a large garden

We have the main one (one I use)..hubby and son have one and daughter at Uni has one

Have you had snow today?

No, just lots of heavy rain.


Do you feed the wild birds?

Yes..especially in the winter

Do you support any charity?

Yes quite a few regularly, and do envelope collections from the residents in my road for Kidney Research.

Have you ever made your own clothes, dressmaking or knitting ..?

yes have done some knitting.

anyone grow their own veg?

Yes, we have a large garden, hubby grows kidney beans , broad beans, peas, beetroot, spouting broccoli, chives, onions,mint, parsley, strawberries , rhubarb, sometimes potatoes, occasionally carrots oh and we have an apple tree. No means self sufficient, but the first meal of the year with all your home grown veg is out of this world !!!

No, never have. What's it like ? lol

love cheese, Camembert, Brie, are among my favs...

Yes ,shirts for tomorrow, haven't done them yet !

Do you use an iron or a steam press ?

I use an Iron

what fabric conditioner do you use?

If I use it , it's comfort, but I generally use liquid tabs with it in.

Do you wear nail varnish ?

I was never without it on before I had children, but lapsed during the childhood years, now have time to myself and wear it regularly.

I often use clear varnish,, only colour on special occasions

Do you paint your toenails too?

Yes in the summer , but usually pinky pearl colours.

Have you been able to dry your washing in this bad weather, or have you had to use a tumble drier or laundry ?

( Managed to dry 3 loads of washing today !!! )
