What is your worst cooking disaster ?

Sloppy runny lasagne, I'm a pretty good cook and am well known amongst friends to make a mean lasagne, but that one time it was a disaster .

If you have / had defective vision would you have laser treatment to correct it...?

Have you ever been on a strict diet?

I'm not overweight, but have changed my diet because my cholesterol levels were up slightly over the suggested levels, but I wouldn't call it a strict diet.

Does your GP offer 'MOTs' for the over 40s ?

Yes, already have the wallpaper and paint for both bedroom and bathroom ( well only paint for skirting board in bathroom as it is tiled except for one wall )

Do you watch much evening television ..?

A local children's cancer charity called Sebastion's Trust, they have a book shop in Town and all the books that we have read go there, as we get through books very quickly we donate quite a lot.

Have you ever stood with a collection box hoping for donations?

Not exactly,but, I dressed up for the first Comic Relief as a clown (hired costume, painted face,[I did all the face painting ] red nose the works) and carried a bucket for donations, I wasn't alone , there were a group of us !!!
Oh it was a fun day, never got any work done, bosses were not on site ! but they did contribute and respected our efforts.

Have you ever had to dig yourself OUT of the house because of snow ?

No, my Dr did prescribe Calcium tabs ( cos I'm over 50 ), but they taste of lemon, which I hate so don't take them, but my nails are much stronger, bones ache less now without the tabs, all down to change of diet.

Yes, I'm always pleased to do so, I have a lot of cd roms for Sussex & Kent,Sussex Marriages and Hastings births plus about 10 for the East Kent,parishes with each one listing several towns & villages.

Yes Michelle who offers help on records office, and who has had her thread deleted twice :(( has been very helpful.
Hubby has the1901 census on CD but cannot for the life of him find it ! :((
