Always best to check cable connections before repair man Rose.
Its been cold and pouring with rain almost all day.
No heating yet, builder failed to turn up to fix the venting in roof for gas boiler, hopefully tomorrow.

Rose, hope your tv got sorted for you...

Rog, hope your sitting there now - all snug and warm !!

My daughter has asked me to go to India with her for 10 days, not really long enough, usually go for 3 wks, the hotel me and OH usually go in has a cancellation for the end of March, it is £960 each but because it is a cancellation its only £420, we need to see now, if we can get A/L at that time.......here's hoping.

Good evening all my friends.

The weather has benn full of all varieties but once again the Pennines do their work and shield Liverpool from the worst of it. Still, last week there was just about enough snow for a couple of classes to make a mini snow man, after that, it's been fairly mild out really.

Had a contact on here who may just be able to at least partner me now for my Lithuanian family research. Just recently shared some very old pics with her and her father in law managed to name all but three out of around twenty of the people on the pic! So hopefully as I say we may get somewhere sometime soon!

So you're looking to go off to India then Jacky? Let's hope you can both get your AL sorted and take advantage of the bargain!

Heading off to bed soon, shattered as we get closer to the end of the half term and ready for a lay-in though I've got to do that first aid course on Saturday :(

I am going out for tea from work tomorrow with some friends, i should be home handy so i hope to get on for an hour or so.
