Ah bless Tec, that is a lovely thing to say, I feel very humble lol

Tec - yes, I've fed the cat. No.1 job of the day. Cries until I put down fresh dry food and milk - then walks away. She just likes to know it's there for when she feels like it later. Right on 5pm, another performance until the 'real' food is served and that is devoured in full. That's it until breakfast time tomorrow. What a life!

I just have to watch myself to make sure my own life doesn't become as time-consuming as hers is!

Diane, just so long as you are fit and healthy to enjoy your break

Diane - you'd better look after that cold. Don't want you to be crook for 15th!

BTW - are you anywhere near West Derby? That's where my OH came from.

Berona, I know just how demanding cat's can be, mine has just come on the couch next to me and meowed at me cause she can't get on my knee, she is now sitting a foot away from me sulking because my laptop is on my knee and not her lol. She come's to my bedroom door in the morning when she hear's my alarm go off and if I don't get up straight away she sit's outside the door and meow's until I open it, she better not do that when I'm off work, as I'm sure she know's what time it is I normally get up.

Allan's got lots of cats. He goes out cat knapping them early in the morning - brings them home in wheelie-bins

West Derby is about 2-3mies away from me, my employer's mum was from there. It has probably changed a lot since he lived there, what was the name of the road he lived in, I might know it.

Just three, Tec, and that's enough. It costs us a fortune in food for them and not one of them is 'ours'

Tec that remind's me of the time myself and my daughter cat-napped a cat in my road lol. It was only a kitten and the people who owned it never let it in the house and hardly ever fed it, so my daughter and I coaxed it into mine and she took it home to her's, the people who owned it never even enquired if any-one had seen it .

Don't worry, I don't intend to be sick if I can help it lol

It sounds as though your daughter and yourself committed the "purrfect" crime

We had a neighbour who recently moved. She had a beautiful cat, but couldn't take it. Mentioned this to my daughter, she knew the cat and said she would love to have it, so popped it in a cat basket, and drove 100 miles to deliver it, turned round and came back home.
The cat settled down very well in her new home, and is very spoilt.
