Well, folks, as it is Wednesday I shall have to depart the Boards, gird my loins, and prepare for another day at the office.

I don't know what I will be doing at the end of this month when my contract finishes!

Well, I'm off for now. Not going far - just going to do some transcribing. Once I start a page, I don't stop until it's finished - but I'll be looking in from time to time to make sure the terrible two are not up to more mischief.

Good afternoon all

I hope everyone is well, yes..I'm still in my nurses attire!!
My young son has Tonsillitis/Throat Infection, poor little matey..He thinks he is going to have his tonsils out, so is really panicking!!!
I just told him, if you take all your medicine and do what your told, you'll be fine.
My OH had his scan yesterday for his Knees, he has to wait to see his doctor to get the results, hopefully this week. He is still in a lot of pain, which is worrying as the pain killers don't seem to be having any affect, hey ho!!!

Its still very hot today, yesterday it got up to 38c.
Tec..your cousin wont know what hit her as in Adelaide its even hotter (39c), I hope she has a good air con where she's staying!!!

Linda.. Did you have any luck with that site I gave you?
I had an email the other day from Steve, he gave me some fantastic information..Births, Deaths and Marriages and what they were doing at the time of marrying, parents names and siblings.
I hope you have as much luck as I have:-))

Hello Carole, Not good that the young one has tonsilitis and a throat infection. Hope the medication hits it hard and he is back to normal very soon...Your OH's knees sound like a bit of a worry. He may not have what I have (osteo-arthritis), but my knees are affected and I have to be careful when I turn around suddenly - the legs don't turn as fast as the body does and I often have to grab something to steady myself! I hope his can be remedied so that he can get back to sport again.

Beautiful here at the moment. Expected top of 26. That's how I like it!

I envy your 26c, its too hot here! we've been sweltering in the heat-(

Between you and I, I think my OH has got arthritis.
I cant imagine him not been able to play his sport, so I hope he can continue to play too!!!

We will just have to wait and see :-))
