Allan!!!!!! Mostly because you distorted one of my favourite poems by Kipling. I'm taking back that gold star.

Berona, if he wants to tango around the room with you the painting will get done... after his cold shower.

I've just realised that I have gained a reputation for being a tough head mistressish type of person. Well those who know me well know that I'm a soft gentle loving person who would never raise my voice nor give any punishment tougher than a gentle "go to your room, dear".

Do you believe me?

Sue NO.
You might have been soft once, as I was, but you have reared a family and have been a member of a committee for a long time. From experience, I know that those things toughen anyone up!

Oh dear had not thought of that - with it being upstairs it does have a phone. So I will need to be sent to the spare room thanks - it has a TV and books.

Of course if I was not on Broadband ( this is just so anyone who missed it would know I am on Broadband now) I could've left the computer on and no one could ring me.

Hmmm takes phone off hook.

Hello Pat

Hope you were wearing your beret and warm coat - how is the weather there today - it is raining in Herriot Country? We are finally getting a full day of sunshine here in NZ.
Cheers

Sorry, Pat - didnt' see you there. Hope you're settling back in after your holiday?

Berona you are so right. Still a softie at times especially with the grandkids and I hurt when I see other people hurt but I have developed a tough streak. Only way to survive these days.

Hi Linda,
I like my living room because it's got the fire in it and my laptop!

Sue, i get the impression you could be a headmistress type if you had to be.
