Have a warm one or a cool one depending where you are.

Hi Everyone,

Well, I'm still the same - not eating and losing weight. Sigh.

None of my fellas are any good at GR messages. My son would be able to reply for me to PM's - his spelling is atrocious though.

Hope you're all ok. It's stinking hot here - put the air con on at 9.30 this morning. I hate the heat.

Stay Beautiful!!!!!!!

Alison! So good to hear from you.
Well, now, that's something for you to do! Teach your son to read and reply to messages on here. Don't worry about the spelling. We'll know what he is talking about. Anything - just to know how you are.

Not good that you are still losing weight and not eating. Weren't you going to be put in hospital for that? They might feed you from a tube - better than nothing. Hang in there. You are in our thoughts all the time and we can't help worrying about you. If support was all you needed, you would be able to jump over the moon!

How good to hear from you Alison - but you are a worry. Okay I delegate myself to send you a weekly PM and your lovely boy can answer for you. We don't care if his spelling isn't good just as long as he lets us know how you are. We all care very much Alison and think of you every day.

Allan Report 14 Jan 2010 04:09

Hello Carole, all fine here in the west. Weather is warming up with a top of 40c forecast for Australind on Sunday!

OH and I enjoyed our couple of days' break in Fremantle even though it was on the warm side.

We are just waiting for the weather to cool down so that we can carry on remodelling the back garden.

Regards

Glad you and your OH are both well, Allan:-))

Everyone Ive spoken to, all say Freo is THE best place to visit, glad you enjoyed your break.

I don't envy your 40 degrees on Sunday, that's the pits:-((
Make sure you get everything done early in the morning and spend the rest of the day inside. Take care of you and your OH:-))

Barbra, nice to see you here again!

Janet 40 is the official temp, which means that the actual temp could hit 42 here....I hope not! Curtains drawn a/c on and videos!!

Carole OH and myself love Fremantle...it is only two hours from where we live but it is nice tio go there for a few days, particularly at the weekend when the Markets are open

Hi Allan, Barbra

Not much difference i guess from 40 to 42 still very hot :(. maybe we will get some rain then in the week after??? Hopefully it will be cooler as I am going to get the boys books and so forth for this year and that may mean queues.

Still waiting for my timetable for study this year. May have to adjust hours at work to fit in the studies!

Stay cool/ warm..

xx

Allan Report 14 Jan 2010 08:03

Janet, when we lived on the Goldfields it never felt hot until the temp reached 40c but it was a 'dry' heat

The humidity here makes it seem much warmer.

...Or I'm becoming older! :0))
