The Maid with the hairy legs has apparently borrowed Uzzi's skirt,
just hope it's long enough to hide those legs.

Good night Pat

Tec,

Uzzi was kind enough to let me hide under it the other day wheh Ghengis Berona and her horde were looking for me.

I would add, lest there be any misunderstanding, the skirt was in the wardrobe at the time!

I suppose I will just have to talk to myself........

Q. Do I need a cup of tea before I go to bed.........
A. No not really, I'll only have to get up around 3am,

Q. Funny that Berona disappeared, I wonder where she goes,
A. Who knows? probably gone to thump the mail man'

Oh that's alright then........
I notice that the sisterhood are thin on the ground today...... I think they've met up with Mother to hand in their reports..........

Just deny everything, I'm going to plead insanity, and hope to get a more lenient sentence,

Where is Colin, we will need him on the day of judgement

My apologies, Tec I've been flitting over the Boards today

I pity the mailman if he has got on the wrong side of Berona!

Tec,

I think that we have worn them down.

They all seem so very docile without Mother's guiding hand.

Yes, I can just seethe headline on the Sydney Gazette

"MAIL MAN ASSAULTED BY IRATE GRANDMOTHER WITH A STEAM MOP"

she could get locked up.........oh poor Berona

Nice one Tec,

I'm glad that you posted that and not me...it may deflect some flack from my direction :0))

Well, I had better go now and face another Aussie Sunday.

Incidentally, just when is Mother back?

Regards Allan

Hi All,

I'm here - watching!

I see none of you has posted (or should that be "have"?) on the thread on Generals, about the soldier poem. It had disappeared when I got up this morn, now there is a new one - for how long I don't know.

Barbra, I hope you find out what is bothering your OH. Apparently, when you need to discuss something important with a man, you don't begin with "We need to talk...." because they immediately turn off.

We too are expecting hot weather - and I need to iron school/work clothes. Looks like I'll be firing up the air con! Actually 33 degrees isn't too hot for here.

Good Morning Alison

I'm still lurking around for the moment.

How are you today?

I'm pretty good thanks! How are you?

Alison

Alison Report 15 Nov 2009 00:00

Yes, I wouldn't want to be that mailman. I think Berona can get pretty steamed (mop)!!!

Hello All

Well if you are Bashful Tec I had dibs on being Dopey yesterday.

My wasp sting - ended up as an infection and by Friday night it was getting worse so I drove down to our local A & E clinic. Now on antihistamines and antibiotics so had a dopey afternoon but feeling a lot better today. But why oh why do Doctors want to draw on you. Out came the felt tip and he has drawn a circle of dots where it is all red and swollen and then a line round the pinkish to redish outer area and a small circle in the centre - looks like a dartboard. I am not too keen at having a go at washing it off as it looks like it will need a jolly good scrub.
Same thing when I had a lump removed - I wasn't sure whether the surgeon had doubts and might forget what he was doing when I got into theatre or a case of cut on the dotted line. Again when the plastic surgeon removed a cancer from my face out came the marker pen.

Perse.

Hi Alison good to see you happy.

Hi Allan - I thought Berona had sent you to your room.

Do you think Linda's sister got lost and she has gone to look for her?

Alison Report 15 Nov 2009 00:04

I was a little queasy yesterday, wouldn't go away, so resorted to a Maxolon and so was dopey for quite a few hours - unfortunately, I seemed the same as usual to my family.

I don't know if it was the medication, but I had a nightmare last night. Woke up my hubby with my yelling - I was being chased by a huge wallaby (not the soccer type either). I'm wondering if I'm strange??

Allan

Allan Report 15 Nov 2009 00:06

Good morning Perse

Alison, I like that....'steamed"

Please dont' think that you have frightened me off, lovely people, but I really must fly...do you think that Berona will let me borrow her steam mop!

May you both have a great day

Regards

Allan

Hi Perse,

Maybe with doctor's handwriting being so awful, they like to draw things instead?

Hope it's getting better.

*note to self - look out for New Zealand wasps*

Alison

Alison Report 15 Nov 2009 00:10

Thanks Allan,

You have a nice day too. I must do this ironing. Why don't I have a maid - don't care what the legs look like.

Berona

Berona Report 15 Nov 2009 00:25

So this is what happens when I leave you for a while? You say terrible things about me! Ghengis Berona - Grandmother with steammop!

That just gives me more to put in my report. How you have treated us!

Alison - if you want ironing done - don't say anything about the hairy legs - because Allan is your man! He likes ironing. (I always knew he was strange - anyone would be to like ironing!).

However, they might be right in one respect. I do have another book on order for part of a Chrissy present and if I get a card dropped in my mailbox telling me to pick it up at the P.O., that delivery man will be taking his life in his hands if he comes anywhere near my street!!!
