I am also back Allan, so will furbish Sue with the truth, although I suspect that she already knows it.

I had just posted something on Friday evening when the doorbell rang to announce my sisters arrival, so have not been on line since,

We have just set her off on her way home, having found her car keys. She is the sort of person who lives her life in a total flap. I don't think that she has ever arrived anywhere on time ever. She lives surrounded by a total mess,so that she can never find anything She drives me mad when we are going anywhere together because I will be ready and waiting and she will be flapping around just "doing" whatever.

Still I had to feel sorry for her yesterday because as she hasn't been up here since the funeral, she got very upset when we went into mums house and to the cemetery.

Hello Sue. What a disappointment that you are not back yet! Nevertheless, we are holding on - just.

Did you see that post on the previous page? "Ghengis" - that's his latest name for me! And he says he's been behaving!!!

It's not only the postie who will feel my wrath! I'll only be practicing on HIM!

Hi Berona,
Hi Linda,
I like the sound of your sister-living in a mess. Sounds like me althought I don't like to be late.

Sorry- that was me I wanted to edit and hit delete instead Grrr *shakes first at errant finger*.
I have beeen reading a few of my threads over the weekind. ** shaking head in wonderment/disbelief. ** How can I compete?
Welcome Dizzi, I remember your original post and have seen you on other threads. You have that very desirable streak of insanity that we all need, sometimes.
I did wonder what you did to be banished to the naughty corner, but figure it would be best not to know.
I assume you are still in the land of the Pom-- whereabouts? Did you come from that area? Nice for you to have a convict in your tree, even if it is a late one (Sydney had more or less banned transportation by then). It can make you almost royalty, especially if you have a first fleeter in your tree. Despite what johnnie come latelies like Allan think.
I do have a first fleeter in my tree, but he's not a direct ancestor. He was the brother of my ancestor, and married a descendant of a first fleet convict. I have to make do with the second fleet of 1790, although of course most of my ancestors were much later arrivals. Some even came as assisted immigrants (the ten pound poms of the mid-19th century).
I am going to bed. Some work concerns which I mentioned in the deleted post but will tell you more about tomorrow our time.

Ahh, Colin,

Support at last.

We have to stand together until Tec arrives!

Please support my side of the argument against the spurious posts of the Sisterhood :0))

Never mind, we ladies will keep you company

Good morning Linda,

What a beautiful day, but not as beautiful as your radiant countenance which outshines the most splendiferous sunrise and sunset

You do realise that Tec and myself were only jesting on our earlier posts

Humble regards

I noticed you pleading for help on your other thread, a case of chickens coming home to roost I think.

Thank you for your fulsome praise, but sadly for you, I can see through the flannel.

It is a beautiful autumn day here, the leaves are all a glorious colour. OH is outside washing the car,so I will leave you to stew and go and get some fresh air.

See you later.

Ha!

That's Linda lulled into a false sense of security!

It's so easy to manipulate the Sisterhood.
