Hello Diane How are you.?

Sue we went to get our passport applcations and photos last Thursday.

Previously we had UK Passports but our last ones expired in 1994 so we have gone for Aussie ones this time!

We took out Citizenship in 1984, two years after our arrival. We had thought of having both an Aussie and a UK passport but then thought why pay twice!

A question for someone to answer if they can, when my membership run's out will I be able to access all my contact's who I have or will they disappear ? The reason I ask is I have detail's about the person named in the contact, e.g E-mail addy's and phone number's, and past pm's with the person.

Thank goodness for the weekend !!

Lazy weekend this one :) We don't have much activities on. The footy starts up again very soon though so I am enjoying catching up on things before that starts. May even research some family history:)

Tec, most of the hard work has now been done just some planting to take place and a covering of mulch.

Tec - my mother had her undies stolen off the line at one time. The culprit was caught by a lady who came home to find him hiding under her bed. She was one tough 'cookie' and dragged him out. When the story was published in the newspaper, it was said that people could claim their clothes by contacting the police. My mum refused to go "because he might have been wearing them". Gave us a good laugh.

I am well thanks Allan! Yes I would be happier if we had some rain also, just a tad more than a few drops a heavy downpour would be lovely. The grass out the front of the houses is screaming for it :))

Hi Tec hope it isn't to cold for you, outside in this area it is really slippy as we had a heavy fall of hailstone earlier and now it is frozen solid.

Hello, Janet. We're having a sort of lazy weekend too. I'm going to go through some old photos and scrapbook them. The only thing I have planned is babysitting for a few hours this evening so my daughter and her partner can go out for dinner and the movies. I haven't really babysat for ages so I'm looking forward to it.

hello to all. A lot cooler here today so we went out to buy more stuff for the garden.

I have also managed to alter the image quality on my camera so hopefully I will take some shots and be able to send them to you.

Diane - I was a 'free' member before I became a financial member and I didn't notice any difference. I still had the same Inbox, Contacts, and Hot Matches, etc. In fact, everything was the same as far as I was concerned. I didn't know about the Community boards until a few years later. (told you I was a bit slow!!). It shouldn't make any difference to you - but maybe others know more than I do about it.

Just popping in to say hello. It is a lovely sunny day here, pity about the white frost on the grass and the fact that all the water in the puddles is frozen. Still form inside, I can pretend it is warm out there.

We have just come back from the market Berona with loads of fruit. We eat lot's of it, we don't have cakes or biscuits, apart from the odd treat.
