Tickle him

I don't usually bash into people when I am pushing my own trolley, it is just the wheelchair combo which was so difficult.

Any way Tec, I am an old lady,well oldish.

He has just read that Tec, his reply was Evil, tell him I'm not 6yrs old lol.

Diane, sprinklers are part of an automatic reticulation system.

The reticulation is just pipework laid under the soil which carries water. at intervals along this pipe work are the sprinklers which pop out of the surface of the ground and spray water over the garden. The actual system is more complicated than that but you get my drift.

The system is operated by a timer.

Newer systems don't use sprinklers but have what are known as 'dripper' nozzles. These deliver drops of water directly over the root zone of the plant.

Sprinklers tend to be influenced by the weather, ie if it is hot the water soon evaporates and if it is windy the spray goes everywhere, even over the roads, very wasteful

Linda our backgarden is now being planted with drough tolerant plants that can also withstand coastal conditions because of the salt in the wind!

Well, it's back to 'sorting out' again for me. I am very pleased with my bathroom, although strangely, a lot of items didn't go back into the cupboard or drawers, yet amazingly, there still isn't very much room there! Perhaps there will be when I get to the 'last' of the shampoos, soaps, etc, after using up all the half-filled ones which have collected there!

I am now 'fiddling about' with the bedroom cupboard. Yesterday, I checked out my skirts - tried them on for size and any necessary repairs, then put them back together. That's only the beginning!

He too dosn't like it Tec but I have to catch him first. I myself annoy people as I have the ability to turn myself off when I am tickled, my kid's used to hate it when I tickled their feet, they tried to do the same to me and I learnt from a programme on the tv many year's ago to control the feeling's of tickling ( that doesn't sound right ) but it's the only way I can discribe it, so when people tickle me I just am able to control the urge to laugh, it's the surprise of the unknown touch that make's it tickle, if you understand what I mean.

I'm sure you don't wish to know this, but I have very sensitive knees, and can't bear anyone to touch them, I jump a mile in the air.
This reaction has startled a few people in the past, but then they shouldn't get that "friendly" or familiar with my knees LOL
