I thought there was something different and a couple of times I've pressed the preview box!

Previously went I hit the add button it would take me to the top of the page where I would hit the purple 'repy' button and the box would appear, but with all the posts visible below it.

Now I hit add, the box appears instantly and all the prvious posts are now above the box.

Allan, It's the Preview and Submit button that seems the wrong way round to me, but I'm left handed, so maybe that's it.

I don't know what an overlocker does

but I know what a dongle does

I'm a leftie as well!

When I use the Reply box, the posts are still shown below it.

Tec its weird,

I can press the 'reply' button and get the reply box as it used to be, but if I press the add button in anyone's post the box appears at the bottom of the page.

It must be because I'm in Australia where even the bathwater goes down the plug-hole in the opposite direction!

Thanks for the link Linda. I remember that thread and everyone's sympathetic response. I just found the unopened message to Alison and it shook me. I should delete it but I can't. Isn't that silly:-(

Allan where's the add button? I've always used the reply button.

On my page, add is a tiny word at the bottom left of the page. I have the posts upside down, so that the last post is on the the top of the page. that way I don't need to constantly go to the last page

Pat the add button is in the box with your message, in the bottom left hand side.

In any message you post in your box there are three buttons

Edit Delete and Add

When you see someone elses post there is only the add button so that you can't muck around with any messages which you have not posted

I have two windows open for GR. One with our thread that I just refresh and then I often open another window so that I can go on other sites or skim through the other boards and threads here on GR.

the last page is my first page! I'm going to bed now! I'm on the bed using my laptop! It fits nicely in one of those trays with a cushion in its bottom. The laptop goes in the spare room.
